I'm struggling to place an order online, what should I do?

Can I cancel or change my order?
Once production for your order has begun, no amendments can be made and an exchange will need to be processed after you have received your order. See the Returns policy for more details.
Can I order a size that isn't listed?
Apparel in custom sizing can be ordered for certain items. Please email us at info@diamondsports.com.au to place an order for a custom size.
Can I get an invoice for my order?
All Hills Hornets Basketball Association orders will be collated and invoiced by our staff before moving to production. You should expect to receive your invoice within 48 hours from our accounts team.
