STORE NOTICE:    All Wildfire Basketball products are made-to-order and go directly to the club for pickup. On-field garments will be delivered 4-6 weeks after the order date. Supporter merchandise will be delivered 3-4 weeks after the order date.

Frequently Asked Questions

When and where do I pickup my order?

All Wildfire Basketball products are pre-orders, and will be dispatched to the Wildfire Basketball clubhouse by mid January 2024. A notification will be sent out when your order is ready for pickup.

I'm struggling to place an order online, what should I do?

If you are experiencing technicial difficulties, please reach out to our customer service team at info@diamondsports.com.au and someone will be in contact with you within 24 business hours.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once the cut off date for orders has passed, no amendments or cancellations can be made and an exchange will need to be processed after you have received your order. If you would like to change or cancel your order before the cut off date, please reach out to us at info@diamondsports.com.au ASAP. See the Returns policy for more details.

Can I order a size that isn't listed?

Apparel in custom sizing can be ordered for certain items. Please email us at info@diamondsports.com.au to place an order for a custom size.
