How long will it take for me to receive my order?
All items are made to order and have a 4–6 week production turnaround.
Are the online designs customisable?
Online designs offer limited customisation (team name, numbers, colours where applicable). For full customisation, please reach out to our design team at info@diamondsports.com.au.
How do custom designs work, and what are the costs involved?
Custom designs are available at a higher unit price than our standard online options. Each custom order includes 2 free design updates, with additional revisions charged at $15 + GST per update. Customers must provide their logo in high-resolution PDF, AI, or SVG format; otherwise, a $20 + GST logo retrace fee applies. Can I cancel or change my order?
Once production for your order has begun, no amendments can be made. See the Returns policy for more details.
Can I order a size that isn't listed?
Apparel in custom sizing can be ordered for certain items. Please email us at info@diamondsports.com.au to place an order for a custom size.
Can I get an invoice for my order?
A tax invoice will be issued along with your order confirmation upon placing your order online.
